Premier Wins Dallas News' Top 100 Places to Work List
Premier Trailer Leasing has won the prestigious Dallas Morning News’ 2021 Top 100 Places to Work List. The annual ranking of workplaces, published by the newspaper, is based on an anonymous survey of company employees.
Premier earned the No. 36 spot on Dallas News’ Top 100 Places to Work List in the small business category. The rankings recognize North Texas’ finest employers for staying ahead of the game despite the unrelenting challenges of the past year.
“We are grateful and fortunate to have an amazing team of employees at our Plano headquarters and at 36 locations across the U.S.,” said Premier Trailer Leasing President and CEO Jim Aubuchon. “The pandemic turned the world upside down, but our team members stepped up to the plate. They not only played a crucial role in helping keep our grocery stores and pharmacies stocked over the last months, but also supported each other throughout the year to cover for childcare challenges or illness.”
During a time of tremendous hurdles to American families and businesses, Premier’s culture and its leadership’s dedication allowed its teams across the nation to come together, resulting in a workplace culture now recognized by the news publication.
Premier’s Chief People Officer Navolia Bryant said: “Culture is a vital part of any organization’s success. We listened to our employees and created a Culture of CARE at Premier with intentionality, and our collective commitment to the culture has been foundational to the success we experience today and envision for the future of Premier and our team. We are extremely proud of the results and look forward to relentlessly serving our customers with the highest level of excellence.”
The Dallas News Top 100 Places to Work competition started in 2009 at the height of the housing market crash. This is DMN’s 13th year holding the competition.
